- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, call our Customer Care = +91 9594046668 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Please do check our replacement policies before doing so.

- We also can ship through Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
- We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
- Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 4-8 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
- Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
SchemoBotics offers a variety of products which include Electronic componenets as their main supply. However these componenets do NOT come with any warrranty from their source. Therefore we at SchemoBotics do not provide any Guarantee/Warranty of the product provided.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to meantion clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Any product Like Arduinos and Micro controllers come with with a shock static bag covering as Shown
These shock static Bags protect the micro Controller and hence they remain in the warranty guidelines. Once these Shock static bags are opened: they void their warranty policy. Hence, if a customer decides to return the product; He has to return it before opening the shock static covering.
Once This covering is opened; The product CAN NO LONGER BE RETURNED.
Therefore we request you to go through our Guidelines before One decides to Return the Product
Refund of the product is voided when: If the Buyer is foun Guilty and misuses or damages the product on purpose; No refund is provided to the buyer! Therefore the product is bound to be in proper condition as provided by the customer. A valid reason has to be provided to the buyer for what the product has to be returned.
The product if to be returned; the buyer has to have printing service at his/her locality. The printing Slip has to be printed and properly pasted on the box/product and the covering has to be properly sealed by celo tape or other means. If during shipment; the product gets opened/ damaged it is the buyers fault of not returning the product properly. Hence the buyer does NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND.
During Return : The buyer has to bear the shipping cost of the product charged to him while buying the product if he decides to return the product and receive a refund. Therefore; THE BUYER HAS TO BEAR ONE WAY SHIPPING COST IF HE WISHES TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
